Anyone else having problems downloading? There's several files in each of the recently added games that say "The file link that you requested is not valid" when I try to download them. I also have this problem with Battle Beast .r00 file and have had it since it was added. Am I the only one with these problems or is no one else trying the downloads?

I could download the first four parts without a problem.

I too am having problems downloading parts from Emergency Room. I at least managed to get part 6 too but I keep getting the error message from 4shared for parts 4 and 5: "The file link that you requested is not valid."

Oh! I assumed that since the later game (released in 2001) was approved, the earlier (released in 1999) would be approved too. They are both from the same publisher (Sierra On-Line, Inc.)

Hello, because Abandonia only has a copy of the floppy-disk version of Death Gate (which has very low quality graphics and no voices) I have uploaded a rip of my CD version. Would it be possible to change the link on Abandonia to mine so that people can enjoy the full game?

The description will need a bit of altering too as it makes references to the low-quality of the file on offer.

So recently I found my fathers old disk of Man Of War by Strategy First and that prompted me to learn more about it so I googled it. But I have not seen it available repackaged and sold or as "abandon ware" anyplace!

It came out on November 19, 1997 so it's not ancient by any accounts but I gather from this article (Link (http://www.gamespot.com/man-of-war/reviews/man-of-war-review-2542429/)) it was not well received.

So is it abandonware and if so do you guys want a copy?

Hm, what brought me to post this here was the file size limit described in the general request rules. It says there could be exceptions, but Nemesis is at least 2GB big (it was released on 6 CDs), so I figure it can only be uploaded to the ISO cellar. Can a request thread still be posted in the Requests forum under these circumstances?

Yes, you post it in Requests so status of the game can be checked. If it is abandoned, then it can be added to ISO Cellar. But then, you can only wait for someone with the game to appear and upload it.

A copy of GOG is a copy of this game's CD. For some reasons, I am looking for an unmodified floppy original of this game. On the Internet, there is only a cracked version of this game, by the HYBRID group. And yet it is not completely cracked. The cracked version can be seen after the file "TYPHUS.IO", this file has a size of 2215 bytes. Different language versions have different file sizes. The uncracked version will have a file size of approximately 900 bytes. In the HYBRID version, the game menu is in German and should be in English.
