Cheat O'matic & Dosbox Not Working!!!

can someone tell me how to use cheat o'matic with dosbox? i'm sure it's dosbox that doesn't allow cm to recognize games. it used to work well with win98 and win2000. is it xp compatible?

is there a similar program to cm? not that i like to cheat on games but sometimes it makes the game more interesting.

try TSearch (http://www.timsvault.com/cheattools/tsearch.htm) or Artmoney (http://www.artmoney.ru/e_download.htm). they are a lot more capable at what you want to do.

Or, if you feel like having an authentic experience, try hunting down Game Wizzard Pro 32. It's a DOS search engine which is very effective and it works well in DOSBox. Originally, it supported savestates meaning you could save your game anywhere but that function is not compatible with DOSBox sadly enough.
