If you stopped jiggling around it would be much easier to watch. You don't need to be dead still, but the constant swaying makes it difficult to pay attention to what you're actually saying.


Also, but you're probably doing this already, watch as much stand-up as you can, not just on youtube etc. Go to the clubs so you can feel how comics actually connect with the audience.
